We have created deliciously generous BBQ menus for your Wedding BBQ Menu. Served on a buffet or at your tables, they have become a staple food for a laid back wedding menu. You can pick your own menu from our extensive wedding bbq menu below. 

All our BBQ’S use charcoal with apple wood and seasonal herbs for that full authentic smoky BBQ flavour.

Pork Dishes:
Maple glazed pork belly steaks, tangy smoked red pepper and pineapple salsa
Marinated pork loin steaks, confit of garlic and rosemary, mint and cucumber Raita

Pulled Pork:
Slow braised shoulder of pork with Be catering secret sweet Cajun BBQ rub in a brioche baps, summer slaw, crisp lettuce and sticky BBQ sauce
