I had so much fun doing this Letter Cake picked up

I had so much fun doing this Letter Cake picked up yesterday at the shop, for Dilan's birthday party.
The client is French: " Bonsoir Rafika votre gâteau a connue un très gros succès avec sa fraîcheur et ça légèreté, Merci beaucoup et bravo".
Made with an almond sablé, White chocolate and raspberry cream, edible flowers, macarons and fresh fruits.

We served some juicy and sweet British rump of lam

We served some juicy and sweet British rump of lamb this weekend, for the lovely Veronica & Matt's wedding at Selden Barn, as part of a 3 course plated menu, starters included homemade ham hock and picallili, heirloom tomatoes and mozzarella salad with pine nuts and olive pesto, the mini desserts chosen by Matt & Veronica were our deliciously gooey and gluten free brownies, coconut panna cotta with pineapple compote and lemon meringue pies.
