Starter Sharing platters:

Our sharing board and family style wedding menu is one of our most popular menu this year. We have created varied, generous and flavoursome sharing boards menu that will please everyone of your family and guests.

Sharing British Classic:

  • Homemade Soft boiled Scotch eggs, sliced double cooked gammon, ham hock, pork pies with pickled onions and freshly made piccalilli

Sharing Mezze:

  • Homemade falafels, Hummus and baba ghanoush with lemon and garlic marinated grilled vegetables
  • Olive oil and balsamic dip, breads

Sharing Anti-pasti:

  • Parma ham and continental cured and smoked meats, grilled Mediterranean vegetables, tapenade, mini spicy feta stuffed peppers, bocconcini
  • Olive oil and balsamic dip, breads

Mains sharing platters:

The British sharing board Option:

  • Roasted herb and parmesan crust Scottish salmon fillet
  • Apricot glazed roasted pork loin or British roast beef and Yorkshire puddings
  • Served with Roasted New potatoes, Artichokes Barigoules, Watercress and Endive salad
  • Citrus sauce Vierge and Homemade Apple sauce

The Mediterranean sharing board Option:

  • Sea bass fillet topped with a tomato, olive and fresh herbs concasse
  • Rosemary scented roasted shoulder of lamb or Sauteed free-range chicken strips with spicy Spanish chorizo
  • With roasted New potatoes, Summer ratatouille and Peppery Rocket dressed with olive oil and Balsamic vinegar
  • Red pepper sauce

The Asian sharing board Option:

  • Sesame and Soy Salmon filet served with a crispy Asian Stir Fry
  • Lemon, coriander and coconut baked chicken breasts or succulent teriyaki chicken supreme
  • Coconut rice, Crispy Asian stir fry, crispy seaweed and kale
  • Teriyaki sauce

Vegetarian options:

  • Braised Puy lentil, fondant potatoes and tomato relish
  • Bubble and squick, crispy kale on a bed of Summer ratatouille
  • Butternut squash, courgettes, spinach and almond pastilla, with a harissa and red pepper sauce
  • Stuffed red peppers with Mediterranean vegetables, feta cheese, quinoa and cherry tomatoes
